How do you find properties?

Here at Seven Star we have a special eye for finding and locating desirable properties. While many see a vacant dirt lot, we see a potential layout with a beautiful home. We help clients find said properties, and assist them with real estate experts that will help clients seal the deal on the property.

How do you design homes?

After we discuss with clients what they would like in their home, in terms of square-footage, number of bed and bathrooms, home styles, and layout specifications, we bring these ideas to our architects and designers. From there, they render 3D designs and engineers further legitimize these renders and calculate the logistics and measurements of everything. Once everything is in a blueprint, we start building.

What is the timeline on this preliminary work?

Finding a property is typically the longest part, ranging anywhere from one month to several months. Once a property is found and the clients purchase it, we immediately work with town officials to perform zoning and conservation work to approve our design. After everything is approved, we start excavation on the land, and the concrete foundation will be poured.
